SeniorLIFE is committed to enhancing the ability of seniors to live safely in the community as long as possible by coordinating comprehensive healthcare and supportive services for our members.
SeniorLIFE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) operating as a LIFE program in the state of Pennsylvania. It is a innovative model of care for seniors 55 years of age and older who are eligible for Medicare and Medical Assistance or able to pay privately, and who are certified by the state as needing a nursing home level of care.
SeniorLIFE enables seniors to maintain both their quality of life and their independence by providing a wide array of support services designed to help them address their personal, physical and social needs. SeniorLIFE serves the healthcare needs of medically eligible seniors living in Cambria County, as well as parts of Somerset and Westmoreland County. Our LIFE Center located in Johnstown is actively growing both its membership and its outreach into the community.
