If you or a loved one live in an area near Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and require ongoing medical care or support services, SeniorLIFE may be able to help you.  Our member-based program is designed to provide and/or coordinate medical care and assistance needed to keep you or a loved one at home for as long as possible.  SeniorLIFE Johnstown is part of PACE, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, and has been granted provider status by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. 

SeniorLIFE is an alternative to nursing home placement.  Although programs like SeniorLIFE have been implemented in many states across the country. SeniorLIFE is the only program of its kind in the Johnstown area.
