For Health Care Professionals

SeniorLIFE is a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and provides or arranges for a full array of health and social services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

As part of the SeniorLIFE initial intake and enrollment process, an interdisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation specialists and other health care professionals will work together to assess the member's needs.
